I’m currently leading a boutique residential development called Willoughby Bay in Antigua and Barbuda. We’re now in the exciting stage of building out our brand and marketing materials, and I’m exploring potential creative partners who can support us in a thoughtful, effective, and visually appealing way.

We’re looking for assistance with:

A simple yet elegant branding concept and visual identity

A brochure (digital and print-ready) to showcase the lifestyle, layout, and key highlights of the homes

A landing page for basic project overview and lead capture

Optionally: support with CGI renders or visual walk-throughs for a few sample units

This is a focused project with around 44 units and a nature-inspired concept. We’re not aiming for flashy or over-the-top materials—just a well-crafted identity and marketing toolkit that reflects quality, trust, and a strong sense of place.
