Why list your property with Provident Estate?

By Moonbox News October 27, 2022

25th October 2022, Dubai. From October 1st, the number of real estate agencies or agents permitted to represent any one property has been regulated by the Dubai Land Department.

There is now a limit to a maximum of 3 agents that can list the same property at any given time in order to create a more transparent market that strengthens the effectiveness of property portals.  The DLD have further ensured all property advertisement that occurs on social media is supported with the necessary advertising permits. Agents must therefore apply for an ad permit, which the DLD can issue, in order to list a property.

So why list with Provident Estate? Building relationships and not just transactions is at the heart of Provident Estate and offering 5-star service to all clients is key to maintaining these relationships. The team at Provident Estate span over 22+ nationalities, speaking 25+ different languages and have all received extensive training from the highly experienced Director of Growth and Development within the company.

Since its founding in 2008, the highly reputable real estate agency has been a dominant force in the market. As local experts, each agent can offer a customised service and guarantee that the information they give is correct and based on the most recent market statistics. Provident Estate also provides a free appraisal service. The experts will conduct a thorough consultation to ascertain the client’s needs. Upon completion of the appraisal, the Provident Estate team will take over all of the work so that the client has a stress free and smooth experience.

Managing Director, Morgan Owen, comments,  “At Provident Estate, our core mission is to create honest, trustworthy and transparent relations with our clients. Our goal is to attain perfection and  we use the best tools in the industry to achieve this”.

Provident Estate also offers property management services so that the client is at complete ease. The team will ensure that the entire property is in perfect condition whilst conducting snagging. It is the property management team’s first concern to assist the client at any time to ensure they have peace of mind.

The new listing rule offers a more direct method and tightens the marketing of properties, whilst further ensuring the pricing is 100% accurate. Any attempt to list a property by more than three agents will face an immediate halt, and once a property has been sold, the listing alongside the advertising material must be taken down. Property portals will see a volume of ads drop with the changes and will have to monitor each ad to ensure there are not multiple listings. The changes will ensure that the seller, agent and tenant are all in complete agreement and have a seamless experience when working together.

By implementing these new rules, effort has been taken to maintain the Dubai Real Estate market’s reputation as a respectable, reliable, and a stable business environment.
