Arla Milano, a new cosmetics brand under Glam Beauty, was preparing for its launch across South Asian markets with a Dubai-born identity that needed to feel both aspirational and accessible. With 18 SKUs awaiting production, the brand required packaging that communicated affordable luxury, minimalist elegance, and global drugstore appeal for young, style-conscious consumers in Bangladesh and India.
Moonbox led the full packaging design process, developing production-ready layouts across 18 SKUs while refining typography, color strategy, and visual hierarchy to strengthen shelf presence. The team adapted a master template across multiple product categories, delivered print-ready and editable files, and created digital mockups for marketing and sales. The final packaging brought together matte-black sophistication, subtle beige accents, and clear product categorization, resulting in a cohesive, elevated identity that positioned Arla Milano competitively for its regional launch.
